Delete Your EverShield Account

The EverShield mobile app is a staff application. Homeowners do not create EverShield app accounts. If you are a sales representative or other staff user, you can start account deletion inside the app. This webpage explains that process. It does not replace Apple’s requirement that deletion start in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the EverShield app and sign in.
2. Go to Home and open Settings (gear icon).
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

You will be asked to confirm before the account is removed. Deletion removes your login and staff profile. It is not the same as signing out, disabling the account, or deleting the app from your device.

What is deleted

• Your authentication account and ability to sign in
• Your staff profile in EverShield

What may be retained

Customer records, quotes, contracts, and other job information you created for EverShield stay with the company so work already in progress is not lost and so EverShield can keep ordinary business records. Payment records processed by Stripe may also be retained where required for billing, refunds, accounting, or law.

Company administrator

The company administrator account cannot be deleted from the app. Contact EverShield if that account needs to be changed.

If you cannot open the app

Email hello@useevershield.com from the address associated with your account. You can also use the form on Support and choose Account Deletion.
